Stress and fear can make it hard to leave the house or even get out of bed. But I want you to know that it is possible to overcome feelings that limit you.
You can take a break. Really. It’s ok.
Remember that it’s okay not to know the answer right away, and take baby steps towards figuring it out.
You can do this by making a to-do list and breaking big tasks down into smaller, more manageable steps.
Build in time for self-care and take time away from stressful situations when you need it.
